J.R Housing Developers Private Limited was established by Sri. S. Jagadishwara Reddy, who is the Managing Director of the company with over 30 years of experience in the field of real estate, he is also the Vice President of Karnataka Land Developers Association.
The company has delivered over 16 million square feet of beautifully developed residential properties to the satisfied customers spread all over India and abroad. The company has a huge clientele from different walks of life, while the majority being from the blue chip companies like Infosys, Wipro, Satyam, HCL, HP, IBM, Intel, Cisco etc, to name a few. The company has been instrumental in setting benchmarks in developing residential projects in Bangalore Metropolitan Region by using well designed engineering plans, standard construction material and strictly conforming to the guidelines issued by the approving authorities. In fact we were the first to introduce 80ft wide anf 150ft wide main roads in the BMRDA approved residential layouts in Bangalore. With over 30 years of experience in the field of realestate, land development and construction, he was instrumental in setting many benchmarks in the industry. He is also the vice president of Karnataka Land Developers Association, playing an active role to ensure that the development authorities like BMRDA does systematic infrastructure development in the upcoming residential suburbs of Bangalore.

After his B.E in Computer Science, he worked as a Software engineer for few years at Hewlett Packard before joining the family business in November 2007 to strengthen it's Marketing & Sales division. Started JR Infra Engineering in the year 2011 to provide Villa construction services to company's clientele. He has been instrumental in building company's first flagship lifestyle villa project - JR Greenwich, next to Wipro on Sarjapur road. He now plays a key role in land acquisitions, project planning & approvals, township development, marketing, sales, CRM and project maintenance.
Mrs. Srilekha Singasani received her MS in Human resources from University of Surrey in the UK in 2007. She then joined JR Housing Developers Pvt. Ltd. as HR and Accounts manager and has been with the company until 2011. She then went on to do a course in Interior design at Suffolk University located in Boston, Massachusetts. She now manages the HR operations of the company.
Received his M.S in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio in 2006 and was the co-founder of a MEMS startup company where he was instrumental in raising over 37 million USD in Venture Capital and was managing the manufacturing operations of the company spread over three factories in Europe and Asia. After his vesting period with the company in the US he has returned to India and started JR Urban Infracon and is striving to provide best in class residential infrastructure. JR Nexus, company's first & finest Luxury Apartment project was delivered under his management. He also fronted the efforts in building the Luxury Sport Club at JR Urbania.
