• Meeting sales/presales targets on monthly basis.
• Generating Leads through different sources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have customer focus and user oriented approach.
• Understand the market, competition and the customer.
• Should be capable of understanding the customer requirements.
• Site visit arrangement.
• Regular follow up the customer.
• Should be able to take the prospective buyers to property (location) and close the deal.
• Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi. Telugu and Tamil is a plus
