Job Description

Meeting sales/presales targets on monthly basis.
Generating Leads through different sources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have customer focus and user oriented approach.
Understand the market, competition and the customer.
Should be capable of understanding the customer requirements.
Site visit arrangement.
Regular follow up the customer.
Should be able to take the prospective buyers to property (location) and close the deal.
Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi. Telugu and Tamil is a plus
