Challenges: JR Greenwich land parcel for residential development next to Wipro, at Kodathi village, Sarjapur road was identified in the year 2009. However, the land was not immediately available for project development as the said land along with 2000+ acres of neighboring properties were under proposed acquisition scheme of BDA for development of K.C.Reddy layout. JR Housing was the first to obtain BDA approvals for residential development which later on turned out to be yet another benchmark. After securing necessary approvals, the Company setforth on a journey to build a Lifestyle Villa community
